Cornwall is the West Country's wildest
county. The huge toe of land, which sweeps round the region, although sparse,
has pockets of interesting places in which to shop. Towns such as Lostwithiel,
Falmouth, and Penzance, and the pretty villages of Boscastle and Tintagel, offer
a concentration of home décor shops and specialist dealers to tick every box on
your buying trip.
Notorious for the arts, Cornwall holds an annual Design Fair and Design Week
with exhibitions and open studios across the county revealing good design at its
source.
Getting there: The M4, M5 and M6 motorways have made
travel to Cornwall simple and straightforward, while
within Cornwall itself, there are two major holiday
routes, the A30 and A38.
