Devon has been home to artists for years, inspired by
the lure of colour washed cottages tumbling around the
quaysides, and the warm feel of a Mediterranean
sunlight. This has no doubt been an attraction to the
local studio potters whose finely crafted, spectacular
artworks are showcased across the county in various
galleries and studios; collectable today, and likely
antique of the future!
The
cathedral city of Exeter offers the explorer a vibrant
range of contemporary and traditional design, and a
quayside with a unique collection of historic
warehouses. The city is also a great hub for linking up
with the popular surrounding towns of Topsham,
Cullompton, Tavistock, and Totnes. |
